About
Secret Squirrel is a fictional character from an animated television series that first appeared in the 1960s. Created by Hanna-Barbera, Secret Squirrel was a spoof of the spy genre that was very popular during that time, due to the influence of James Bond movies and other spy-related media.
- Debut: Secret Squirrel debuted as part of The Atom Ant/Secret Squirrel Show in 1965, which featured a shared half-hour of animated shorts.
- Character: Secret Squirrel, also known as “Agent 000,” is a secret agent who works for the “Super Secret Squirrel Service.” He wears a trench coat, a purple hat, and always carries a variety of high-tech gadgets to assist him in his missions.
- Sidekick: Secret Squirrel’s sidekick is Morocco Mole, a mole wearing a fez, who helps him in his espionage adventures.
- Tone: The show is a comedy with a lighthearted, slapstick approach to the spy genre. It featured numerous gags and puns, particularly about the absurdity of secret agent life.

Revival:
